What We Do
Manufacture
Electronic door locks and electronic padlocks, assembled and tested in our own plant, with the mortise bodies, cylinders and gateways that go with them.
Engineer to the door
Mortise size, backset, door thickness, panel dimensions and finish are confirmed from your drawing, and non-standard bodies are engineered rather than refused.
Export as one package
Certificates, Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L issued here, with goods delivered to your forwarder warehouse in China when that is how you buy.
The Nine Processes Behind Every Smart Lock
A smart lock is a mechanical product with electronics inside it. These are the nine stages that decide whether the body fits the door, whether the finish survives the climate and whether the batch matches the sample.

| Baking | Cured in an oven so the coating hardness and the colour hold between batches. |
| Polishing | Surface preparation before coating, which is where the visible finish quality is decided. |
| Plating | Electroplated finishes for corrosion resistance, tested to ISO 9227 neutral salt spray. |
| Inspection | Incoming material, first article, in-process and final function checks, recorded per batch. |
| Packing | Packing checked against the approved proof, with photos sent before dispatch. |

How the Factory Got Here
Every date below can be checked against a registration record, a certificate or an audit report. There are no adjectives in this list.
2013 — Lock-making experience starts
The team begins building locks in the Wenzhou lock cluster, which is where the supply chain, the tooling shops and the plating lines still are.
2016 — Company registered on 17 February
Wenzhou Mingsheng Security Technology Co., Ltd. is registered as a manufacturing business, which is the date on the business licence a buyer can verify.
2021 — ISO 9001:2015 certified
The quality management system is certified, so incoming, in-process and final checks are documented rather than informal.
2023 — SGS on-site verification, reviewed October
An on-site verification of the production base, which is the report a buyer can ask for before placing a first order.

Six Things We Do That Buyers Notice
These are the six actions that decide whether a smart lock order runs smoothly. Each one is something we do, not something we claim.
We confirm the fit before production
You send a door photo, a body code or a door schedule. We confirm the mortise, backset, door thickness and handing in writing before anything is built.
We state the app version on the quotation
Tuya Bluetooth and TTLock unlock actively from the phone. The older Tuya Wi-Fi generation is request-based. We say which one you are buying.
We quote the smallest order that answers your question
One carton of padlocks or 30 sets of door locks, with mixed models accepted. The sample cost is refundable against the first bulk order.
We send photos before the balance payment
Production photos at assembly and packing, then packing and shipping-mark photos before dispatch, so you see the goods without flying out.
We issue the export documents in house
Form E, commercial invoice, packing list and B/L are prepared here, so a first-time importer is not left assembling paperwork alone.
We answer a quality claim with a cause, not a discount
A written root-cause answer plus replacement parts, a credit or a swap in the next shipment, traced by the batch number recorded at production.

Buyer questions
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We manufacture. Assembly, function testing and packing run in our own plant in Wenzhou, and we issue the export documents under our own name. Components such as boards and readers are bought in from audited suppliers.
Can we audit the factory or visit?
Yes. Third-party inspection such as SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged before shipment, and we can run a live video walkthrough of the assembly and inspection areas. The SGS on-site verification was last reviewed in October 2023.
Who is accountable for my order?
One contact handles the fit question, the app version, the price and the documents, so you are not passed between departments. Quotes are issued as a document with the open questions listed.
How is capacity split between small and large orders?
Trial orders and project orders run on the same line. A one-carton trial is scheduled alongside bulk production rather than after it, which is why samples ship in 3-7 days.
Do you only make smart locks?
This website and this line of the business cover smart locks only: smart door locks, smart padlocks and the gateways and bodies that go with them.
What are your lead times?
Samples 3-7 days, trial orders 10-15 days and bulk orders 20-35 days, counted from the later of the deposit and the approved sample or artwork. Rush production can be arranged where a project date is fixed.
