How to Get the Pack for Your Model
Tell us the model and the destination
Customs in one country and a marketplace listing in another need different documents.
We confirm what is covered
A certificate applies to a specific model and sometimes to a specific batch. We say which of your models it covers.
We send the PDF copies
The pack goes out with the quotation or with the order documents so it reaches your compliance contact before the goods arrive.
Third-party inspection
If you want an independent inspection, SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged at the factory before shipment.
What Certificates Do Not Cover
A CE document for an electronic model is not the same as a rating that a specific building code demands, and a salt spray result is not a warranty against a coastal environment. Tell us the standard your project or marketplace actually requires and we will say plainly whether we can meet it with the documents we hold.
We would rather answer that question before the order than after the goods land.

How to Read a Salt Spray Report
Two salt spray reports can say the same thing and mean different things. Three fields decide whether you can compare them.

What Each Market Usually Needs
The certificate a shipment needs depends on the destination and the channel. Tell us the market and we will say which documents apply.

Which certificates can you send?
ISO 9001:2015 for the quality system, the SGS on-site verification report, and CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH documents for electronic models. Certificate numbers, validity dates and the models each one covers are being compiled.
Is ISO 9001 the same as a product approval?
No. ISO 9001:2015 certifies our quality management system. It is not a product certificate and does not replace a building-code or marketplace approval.
How long is the salt spray test?
We test to ISO 9227 neutral salt spray. The duration, the concentration and the acceptance criteria are stated on the report, which is what makes two reports comparable. A salt spray result is not a warranty against a coastal site.
Can you meet a standard we are required to hold?
Tell us the standard and the destination. We will say plainly whether we can meet it with the documents we hold, rather than implying that a European mark satisfies a different market.
Are the certificates issued for our model?
Certificates are issued against a specific model and sometimes a specific batch, so we send the pack that covers the model you ordered rather than a generic folder.
Do you support third-party testing?
Yes. SGS, BV or TUV inspection can be arranged at the factory before shipment, and customer-nominated laboratories can test samples from the production batch.
