Information We Collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, company, business email, WhatsApp number, country, product interest, quantity and any message or attachment. We also receive standard server logs from our hosting provider.
We do not ask for payment details through this website and we do not buy contact lists.
What We Use It For
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, confirm a specification, arrange samples and produce or ship an order. If you ask for the catalog we use your address to send it and to follow up on the models you selected.
We keep the confirmed specification on file so a repeat order runs against the same document rather than a new conversation.
Who Can See It
Our sales and technical team handles your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Where an order needs it, a freight forwarder, a customs broker or a certification body receives only the information that shipment or filing requires.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and accounting purposes.
Where you ask us to delete the information and no legal or accounting obligation requires us to keep it, we delete it.
What You Can Ask Us To Do
Write to <a href="mailto:mike@bbdhome.com">mike@bbdhome.com</a> and ask us to show you what we hold, correct anything that is wrong, delete it, or stop contacting you.
We answer these requests within 12 working hours, the same as a commercial enquiry.
Cookies and Analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run retargeting pixels. Any analytics used is aggregate: page views and referral source, not individual profiles.
