What is the Bluetooth range without a gateway?
Range depends on the model and the environment. Tell us the site layout and we confirm the range figure for the model you are quoting.
Can the lock work with my own platform?
For volume projects we support app customization and cloud-to-cloud integration, and our engineers can join a call with your developer. Custom development is quoted separately.
Does the lock work if the network is down?
Local entry methods such as fingerprint, keypad and card keep working. Remote functions resume when the network returns.
