What it goes on
Door, locker, gate or luggage. This decides the body and the fixing method before anything else.
How it opens
Fingerprint, keypad, card, key, app or a combination. Local entry keeps working with no phone and no network.
Who needs access
Permanent users, timed visitors or one-off contractors. This decides whether an app and a gateway are needed.
Where it sits
Indoor, outdoor, wash-down or coastal. This decides the IP rating and the finish.
Category 1 - Smart Deadbolt Locks
A deadbolt replaces the existing thumb-turn on a single-bore door, so it is the fastest smart lock to fit in apartments, rentals and retrofits. Tell us your door thickness, backset and bore size and we confirm the fit before production.

Category 2 - Smart Mortise Door Locks
The mortise body is where most smart lock orders fail: the lock arrives and the cut-out does not match the door. We supply the body with the lock, or the lock alone if you already hold stock, and we check your cut-out drawing first.

Category 3 - Smart Door Handles
A handle lock keeps the door hardware the tenant already knows while adding electronic entry. Handle return and spring tension are two of the most common after-sales complaints in this category, so both are checked before packing.

Category 4 - Hotel & Glass Door Locks
Hotel projects are bought as a system, not as a lock: card locks, encoder, management software and spare cards have to arrive together and match the door thickness on site. We quote the set and keep the door schedule as the reference.

Category 5 - Fingerprint Padlocks
Fingerprint padlocks remove the two costs facility operators hate: cutting keys and replacing lost ones. Models are available with or without app records, so a buyer can choose between simple keyless entry and full access history.

Category 6 - Tuya & TTLock Padlocks
Active unlock means the lock opens from the phone without pressing the lock first. Tuya Bluetooth and TTLock versions support it; the older Tuya Wi-Fi version only supports request-based unlock. We tell buyers which is which before the order, because getting this wrong is the most expensive mistake in app padlocks.

Can I mix categories in one order?
Yes. Mixed models are accepted inside one trial order, at 1 carton (20 pcs) for padlocks or 30 sets for door locks.
Do you publish prices?
No. Price depends on the model, the quantity, the app version and the packaging, so it is quoted against your requirement. The quote is issued as a document.
How many categories do I need?
Most buyers start with one or two. Tell us the door types and the application and we will say which categories actually apply.
Which category has the lowest entry?
Smart padlocks start at 1 carton (20 pcs). Door locks start at 30 sets because the set includes the mortise body.
Can you supply the body without the lock?
Yes. If you already hold mortise bodies we ship the lock-only version. Send the body drawing so the spindle and fixing centres can be confirmed.
How do I know which app version I am quoting?
We state it on the quotation. Tuya Bluetooth and TTLock support active unlock; the older Tuya Wi-Fi version is request-based only.
