Component and body work
Where mortise bodies, panels and mechanical parts are produced and finished.
Flying to Wenzhou costs a week and a flight. A video call costs an hour. We walk the assembly and inspection area with you, answer questions live and show the stage your order is actually at.
The walkthrough video and the factory photography are being produced by the workshop team. Until they are published, the tour is run live on a call, which is more useful anyway because you can ask about your own model.
Where mortise bodies, panels and mechanical parts are produced and finished.
Board assembly, reader and keypad fitting, and the check that happens before the unit is closed.
The unlock, keypad, handle return and battery checks every unit goes through.
Colour box, manual, carton marking and the packing photo stage.
If your order is in production we show it, and send photos or a video afterwards.
Where Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L are prepared, and where forwarder deliveries are booked.
Once an order is placed, updates follow the same logic as the tour: you see the stage rather than being told about it.
The station that decides whether the unit in the box works the way it did on the bench.

| Entry methods | Every unit opened once by fingerprint, keypad, IC card and, on app models, from the phone |
|---|---|
| Return spring | The handle and latch return checked for the feel the sample had |
| Battery | Contacts and low-battery warning checked on the model's own battery type |
| Result | A unit that fails here goes back to the line, not into the carton |
The last place an error can still be caught by us rather than by your customs broker.

Buyer questions
Yes, by appointment. Most buyers start with a live video walkthrough because it takes an hour instead of a week, and then visit if the project size justifies it.
Yes. Tell us the model or the specification before the call and we will walk that part of the line, including the stages your order is currently at.
Body and panel work, electronics assembly, the function and battery test stations, the packing line and the export desk where Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L are prepared.
The recorded video is being produced by the workshop team. Until it is published the tour runs live on a call, which lets you ask about your own model.
Yes. Sample photos and a working video before the sample ships, production photos at assembly and packing, and packing and shipping-mark photos before dispatch.
If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer a hard question before the order than after the goods land.
