You buy by the carton or the container and need a range that holds its margin. We work on colour box, barcode and master carton marking so the goods arrive shelf-ready, and we keep the specification stable between repeat orders.
You have a door schedule or a building to fit out. Send the schedule and we confirm the mortise, backset, door thickness and handing unit by unit, then ship in the delivery sequence the site actually needs.
Your brand goes on the lock and the box. Artwork, manual language and carton marking are approved in writing before anything is printed, and the specification is frozen so a repeat order does not drift.

Send the model or the application, the quantity, the destination market and any drawing. We come back with the model, the unlock combination, the MOQ and the lead time.
Mortise, backset, door thickness, finish, app version and packaging are written onto the quotation. Anything we cannot confirm yet is listed as an open question rather than guessed.
A pre-production sample ships in 3-7 days for a new specification or a private-label order. Packaging artwork is approved at the same time.
Trial orders run 10-15 days and bulk orders 20-35 days, counted from the later of the deposit and the approved sample.
Assembly and packing photos are sent before the balance payment. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be booked at the factory.
Packing check against the approved proof, shipping marks printed to your artwork, then Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L issued here.
Where a project date is fixed, tell us at quote stage and we will say plainly whether the line can hold the date rather than promising and missing it.
