The order is not finished when the carton is sealed. It is finished when your forwarder confirms the count and your customs file has the documents it needs. This is the part most suppliers leave to somebody else.

How Goods Leave the Factory
Confirm the destination and terms
Port, forwarder address or door delivery, and the trade term agreed on the quotation.
Book the shipment
We book with the forwarder you nominate, or quote options if you want us to arrange it.
Print the shipping marks
Your marks are printed on the cartons and photographed for confirmation before the goods move.
Deliver to the forwarder
Goods are delivered to your warehouse in China with the packing list, ready for consolidation.
Send the documents
Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L follow, and the certificate pack goes with them.
Lithium Batteries and Restricted Goods
Many smart locks contain a battery, and that changes how a shipment can move. Where regulations require it, goods can be re-routed and separately manifested, and the documents are issued to match the route actually used.
Tell us at quote stage that the product contains a battery and we will confirm the routing before the order is placed, not after the forwarder rejects the carton.
What We Do Not Decide For You
The routing and the trade term are your commercial choices. We quote the options, state which documents come with each, and let you pick the one that fits your forwarder and your cash flow.
Lead Times

Buyer Questions
Buyer questions
Which trade terms do you quote?
EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP. The term decides who pays which leg, so comparing two quotations means comparing the term and not just the unit price.
What does DDP include?
Freight, export clearance, import clearance and duties to the destination address. Give us the destination city and postcode and we will quote it as a landed cost.
Can we use our own forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your nominated forwarder warehouse in China, print your shipping marks and send packing photos before dispatch.
How are battery products shipped?
Where regulations require it, battery-containing locks are re-routed and separately manifested, and the documents match the route actually used. Tell us at quote stage so the routing is agreed before the order is placed.
Which documents do you issue?
Form E and other origin documents, commercial invoice, packing list and B/L, plus certificate copies for the models ordered. Invoices can be issued in the form your customs broker requires.
Next Step
If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly. We would rather answer a hard question before the order than after the goods land.
