Can the padlock be used outdoors?
IP65 and IP67 versions are available for gates, yards and wet areas. Confirm the rating at quote.
What happens if a fingerprint is refused?
Most models store more than one fingerprint per user and include a mechanical key or an emergency charge point as a backup. Confirm the method for your model.
Is there a record of who opened the lock?
On app models, yes. Access history is recorded in the app, and with a gateway it can be reviewed remotely.
