Terms of Use
These terms apply to this website and to the quotations we issue from it. The order contract itself is confirmed separately, in writing.
What the Content on This Site Means
Model lists, specifications, MOQ and lead times published here are commercial guidance for a purchasing decision. They are not a contractual specification.
The specification that applies to your order is the one confirmed on the quotation together with the approved drawing, sample or artwork proof.
Quotations and What Changes the Price
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. After that period the price is re-confirmed, because material and freight move.
Price depends on the quantity, the model, the finish, the app version, the packaging, the customisation and the trade term. A change to any of those changes the price, and we re-quote the affected line rather than absorbing it silently.
Certification Statements and Their Scope
Certification is model specific. Where ISO 9001, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH or a salt spray result is stated, it applies to the scope named on the certificate and to the models the document covers.
ISO 9001 is a management-system certificate and describes how the factory is run. It is not a product approval, and nothing on this site should be read as making it one.
Ask for the certificate number and the model it covers before you rely on it for a market filing.
Artwork, Drawings and Tooling
Artwork, drawings, brand files and data you send us remain yours. We use them to quote, to sample and to produce your order, and for nothing else.
Where a new body or panel is developed, the ownership of the tooling and any exclusivity is agreed in writing before development starts rather than assumed afterwards.
We keep the approved artwork and the approved sample on file so a repeat order prints and assembles the same way.
Limits of This Information
We aim to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error, and nothing here guarantees that a product is suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing on this site forms a contract. A contract exists when a quotation is accepted in writing and the deposit is received. Warranty terms are those written into the order contract.
