Certification and marking
Which approval the market requires, and whether the certificate has to name the model. One mark does not answer every market.
A category is not sold the same way in every market. The door decides the family, but the market decides the certification, the material, the manual language and the packaging.

Six variables that have to be answered before a specification is fixed. None of them is about the country as such - they are about the rules and the climate the product will meet.
Which approval the market requires, and whether the certificate has to name the model. One mark does not answer every market.
Battery-powered locks are supply-independent, which is an advantage. Where a lock or gateway uses a mains adapter, the plug and the voltage have to match.
Coastal, tropical and cold-climate sites change the material and the finish, not just the IP rating. Salt spray hours are the figure that matters.
The manual language is a separate print run, so it belongs in the first quotation rather than being added after the order.
Barcode and labelling requirements differ, and a retail-ready box is a different product from a bulk carton.
Who clears the goods and who pays the duty changes the landed cost more than the unit price does.
Four questions, and we can tell you what the specification needs to change. They take longer to read than to answer.

Market questions
Tell us the country and the standard your market requires. We will say which certificates we hold for the model, and where something would need a test rather than a document.
No. 30 sets for door locks, 1 carton (20 pcs) for padlocks, samples in 3-7 days and bulk orders in 20-35 days. What changes is the certification and the packaging.
It depends on the door and the buyer, not on the country. A retrofit market takes deadbolts; a new-build project takes mortise locks. Tell us the door and we will say which family.
EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP are all available. For DDP, confirm whether the price includes duty and VAT, because the two are not the same and VAT may be recoverable to you.
