Component and body work
Mortise bodies, panels and mechanical parts are produced and finished in the cluster, which is what makes a non-standard body possible rather than a special order.
We are a Wenzhou lock manufacturer working in the city's lock and hardware cluster. The company was registered in 2016 and the team's lock-making experience goes back to 2013. Smart locks are the only category this website and this line of the business covers.

Mortise bodies, panels and mechanical parts are produced and finished in the cluster, which is what makes a non-standard body possible rather than a special order.
Boards, readers, keypads and battery contacts are assembled and tested before the unit is closed, so a fault is found at the station rather than by the end user.
Units are assembled, function tested, battery tested and packing checked before the cartons are sealed.
Incoming material checks, in-process checks and a final function test, with third-party inspection welcome.
Colour boxes, manuals, master carton marking and shipping marks are prepared against an approved digital proof.
Form E, invoice, packing list and B/L are issued here, and goods can be delivered to your forwarder warehouse in China.
A smart lock is a mechanical product with electronics inside it. These are the nine stages that decide whether the body fits the door, whether the finish survives the climate and whether the batch matches the sample.
| Die casting | Zinc and aluminium bodies and panels are cast, which is what makes a non-standard body a production item rather than a special order. |
|---|---|
| Stamping | Sheet parts, brackets and reinforcement plates punched and formed to the drawing. |
| Drilling | Fixing holes, spindle bores and cut-outs positioned against the confirmed template. |
| Painting | Colour coats applied to the panels and covers, matched to the approved sample. |
| Baking | Cured in an oven so the coating hardness and the colour hold between batches. |
| Polishing | Surface preparation before coating, which is where the visible finish quality is decided. |
| Plating | Electroplated finishes for corrosion resistance, tested to ISO 9227 neutral salt spray. |
| Inspection | Incoming material, first article, in-process and final function checks, recorded per batch. |
| Packing | Packing checked against the approved proof, with photos sent before dispatch. |
The whole line is electronic entry. Nothing on this list is a mechanical-only product.
Deadbolts, mortise locks, handle locks and hotel card locks
Fingerprint, Tuya and TTLock padlocks, IP65 and IP67 options
Tuya and TTLock gateways for remote unlock and records
5050 / 5845 / 6860 / 7255 / 8545 / 8560 and non-standard bodies
The finish decides what the lock looks like two or three years later, not what it looks like in the sample photo.

Buyer questions
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the factory before shipment, and a live video walkthrough can be booked at any time. Site area and monthly capacity are being confirmed with the production team before they are published.
Body and panel work, surface finishing, electronics assembly, final assembly, functional testing and packing. Die casting, stamping, drilling, painting, baking, polishing and plating are detailed in the process list on this page.
Trial orders are scheduled on the same line as bulk production rather than after it, so a small first order does not wait behind a container.
An incoming material check, a first article check against the drawing and an in-process check before the unit is closed. A body produced to the wrong size cannot be reworked, which is why the measurement is confirmed first.
Yes. Non-standard mortise length, stainless versions, panel sizes and finishes are engineered from your drawing and sampled before the production run.
